Adam J. Gersten, Attorney


Adam J. Gersten co-founded the firm. While he maintains his Florida Bar license, he does not currently practice law. Gersten is a serial entrepreneur, who owns and operates Gramps, a popular bar in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami that opened in 2012. He currently sits on the City of Miami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board. He is a Past-President of the Wynwood Art District Association, and has served on several committees for the Wynwood Business Improvement District, as well as on the City of Miami Code Enforcement and Nuisance Abatement Boards. 

Gersten is a graduate of the University of Florida and St. Thomas University School of Law. He excelled in his courses during law school, earning top honors in Real Estate Development and Finance, Contracts and Real Property. Previously, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 16th Judicial Circuit of Florida, for three years. He also served as a judicial intern for Third District Court of Appeal Judge Alan R. Schwartz.

A fourth generation Miami attorney, he gives back to his community by supporting
organizations dedicated to preserving the Florida Everglades and protecting our coral reefs.
